Eyes are the most sensitive organ of the body. Generally sitting in front of computer strains your eyes a lot and thereby it may create discomfort as most of our regular work is being done on computers. Here are two solutions to soothe your eyes.
- For Laptop and PC users.
Most people sit in dark with there laptops and PCs on for long hours of day and night. Continuing such an activity for long can damage your eyes. This can be avoided by installing a simple software in your PCs,Laptops even your I-phones too. Below is a link to download this software.

It’ll take some time to adjust initially but has long time benefits. This Software just changes the screen luminosity and hue as per time of day to reduce stress over the user’s eyes. If the user is in GRAPHICS design, field he/she may disable or adjust it as per his/her requirements.
- For Those who get irritated by bright white lights of Tubes and CFLs.
Some people get irritated by Bright White Colored lights in there rooms but have no Power-Saving alternatives to use, here is one thing that I personally use. Buy a LED series light which is generally used for decorative purposes during festivals. You will also need a colored or tainted glass bottle (e.g. empty bottle of any alcohol). Fill the LED series light in a bottle and keep the bottle at any high place in your room.
